  • Project, Program, & Portfolio Management:
    We provide hands-on project, program, and portfolio management services of all sizes and complexities. We have certified Project Managers (PMP, SCRUM, PRINCE2) on our team who have delivered $10m+ projects and programs, but we are also comfortable delivering Agile projects with small budgets and short deadlines.

  • Project Portfolio Management Office (PPMO):
    We have experience establishing and managing large-scale Program Management Offices (PMOs) and Project Portfolio Management Offices (PPMOs). We accomplish this by designing, implementing, and managing standardized data definitions, business processes, and technology integrations.

  • Project Management Methodologies:
    We help organizations in asset-intensive industries embed project management methodologies which are often based on international standards such as PMI, PRINCE2, and P3M3. This often includes documenting and publishing web-friendly processes in an enterprise portal so that project managers and portfolio analysis have a "playbook" to follow.

  • Management Accountability Frameworks:
    We design and embed management accountability frameworks help clients define and measure the effectiveness of their processes at all levels. RACI matrices identify which process participants are responsible and accountable for each process component, and operational dashboards are used to hold stakeholders accountable.


Change Management

  • Project Management Training:
    We provide hands-on project management training to support the change management journey, especially when we have implemented new processes and tools. This training typically focuses on fit-for-purpose training on how to apply project management tools (eg, Primavera, Tableau, etc) in their environment.

  • Project Maturity Assessments:
    We leverage industry best practices and standards when providing project maturity assessments, which typically focus on evaluating project management capabilities, processes, tools, and data. We compare these assessments against industry benchmarks, and provide action plans for how our clients can improve.


Systems Integration

  • Integrated Master Schedule:
    Our Integrated Master Schedule solution provides Portfolio Analysts and Executive Stakeholders with an enterprise-wide view of which projects and programs are performing well, and which need to be improved. Gold, Silver, and Bronze milestone categorizations are used along with other filters to apply roll-up and drill-down analysis.

  • Digital Visual Management:
    Our's Digital Visual Management solution optimizes visual management practices for Lean and Agile organisations seeking to transition from traditional paper-based visual management to a digital solution. Our solution allows clients to mitigate the risks of having multiple locations, space constraints, time constraints, and poor data quality.


Systems Implementation

  • Project Management System Configuration:
    We architect, design, and configure the project management systems which are often used in asset-intensive industries, such as Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft SharePoint. We start by defining the data model and standardized templates, and then configure user-friendly forms, workflows, and reports.

  • Project Management Portals:
    To combat the frequent complaint from Project Managers that they have to use separate systems for updating their project scope, schedule, financials, risks, and status reports, we have built project management portals so that Project Managers have a single user-friendly interface. We then integrate this lightweight front-end with back-end systems through APIs.


Data Analytics

  • Project Management Data Warehouse:
    We leverage our data integration skills and our knowledge of underlying data structures for industry-leading tools to extract data out of those source systems, transform the data, and load it into a data warehouse. We apply Kimball or Inmon data warehouse principles so that project, program, and portfolio data can be stored in reporting-friendly formats.

  • Portfolio Analysis Dashboards:
    Our portfolio analysis dashboards provide Portfolio Analysts and Executive Stakeholders with an enterprise-wide view of which projects and programs are performing well, and which need to be improved. These includes time series dashboards which provide the ability to roll-up and dril-down on project scopes, schedules, financials, risks, and status reports.
