  • Management Accountability Framework:
    ViaPoint's Management Accountability Framework solution provides clients with the ability to define and measure the effectiveness of their processes at all levels -- Level 1 Process Roadmaps, Level 2 Process Flowcharts, and Level 3 Process Steps. A RACI matrix identifies which process participants are responsible and accountable for each process component, and analytical dashboards measure the effectiveness of the processes, with an emphasis on steps where there are handovers between different parts of the organization.

  • Process Improvement Workshops:
    We facilitate different types of process improvemet workshops to meet our clients' needs:
    • Rapid Improvement Events: These are typically 2-day events which help promote a culture of continuous improvement by fostering collaboration among all relevant stakeholders, and standardizing processes and tools, in order to maximize efficiency of a given work stream.
    • Design Thinking Workshops: These workshops provide a solution-based approach to solving a problem. We work with our clients to tackle complex problems by understanding the human needs involved, re-framing the problem in human-centric ways, creating many ideas in brainstorming sessions, and then adopting a hands-on approach by prototyping and testing.
