Systems Integration

  • CTO As-A-Service:
    We provide outsourced CTO services for financial services customers who want to focus on their core business, and not have to worry about maintaining their own IT staff and systems. We provide the four tenants of successful CTO leadership -- team, tools, technology, and timing -- at a fraction of the cost that would be required to manage internally.

  • API & Data Integration:
    We help our financial services customers integrate internal systems and external services by publishing and/or consuming data from application programming interfaces (APIs). While APIs are often the best option for extracting data out of source systems, we use data integration tools and techniques when we need to integrate systems which do not have APIs available.

    We build beautiful customer engagement portals which provide customers with a unified customer experience so that they can update their account, purchase products, and create support tickets if necessary. To the customer it is a simple user experience, and we accomplish this by integrting the portal with the CRM platform and other internal systems and external services.


Data Analytics

  • Financial Management Data Warehouse:
    We leverage our data integration skills and our knowledge of underlying data structures for industry-leading tools to extract data out of those source systems, transform the data, and load it into a data warehouse. We apply Kimball or Inmon data warehouse principles so that customer and financial data can be stored in reporting-friendly formats.

  • Financial Management Dashboards:
    Our financial management dashboards provide Portfolio Analysts and Executive Stakeholders with an enterprise-wide view of which customer and product segments are performing well, and which have areas for improvement. These include time series dashboards which provide the ability to roll-up and dril-down on customers, products, and other data elements.
